Sexual Harassment

• Sexual jokes

• Displaying or distributing sexually explicit pictures or videos

Racial, Ethnic, Religious and other Harassment

Prohibited conduct includes:

• threats, insinuations, innuendos, slurs, or other

• offensive conduct based on race, ethnicity, religion, or any other category protected by law.

Roehampton will make every reasonable effort to ensure that no employee is subjected to harassment, and should an incident occur, disciplinary measures will be taken against any person who knowingly engages in this behavior. This action may include termination.
